2Chimpanzini Bananini card: stats, cycle tips and counters
- Common
- 2 Aura
- Troop
- The Piazza
Chimpanzini Bananini is a chimp in a banana, very fast and very cheap. In Brainrot Arena: Card Duel he is a common 2-Aura cycle card that unlocks in The Piazza. He sprints at Very Fast speed, cuts for 217 every 0.8 s, and when he goes down he leaves his peel behind: every enemy ground unit next to it slips for half a second.
At 2 Aura he is the card you play to get back to your win condition sooner, chip a tower, or cancel something expensive with the peel.

What the peel cancels
- Chargers. Zibra Zubra Zibralini, Lancellotto Spaghettino and Speedy Boy all need a run-up. A slip ends it.
- Ramp-ups. Rhino Toasterino's bread knife and Pot Hotspot's beam get stronger the longer they stay on one target. A slip resets them.
- Wind-ups. Any slow, heavy swing that was about to land has to start over.
How to cycle him
You hold 4 cards and the next one is on deck. Cheap cards like him rotate your hand faster, so your win condition comes back sooner. Play him when you need to spend 2 Aura and keep the rest.
He is also a real chip threat: 271 damage per second at Very Fast speed means an ignored chimp takes a bite out of a tower. And he is a trap. Drop him in front of a charging Zibra Zubra Zibralini; he goes down right there, and the peel stops the charge cold.
Best partners
Any win condition likes a cheap card that brings it back faster. Zibra Zubra Zibralini and Speedy Boy are fast building-hunters that pair with fast cycle, and in a Bombardiro Crocodilo deck he is the cheap card that defends while you save up 7 Aura.
How to counter Chimpanzini Bananini
- Air troops. He can't hit them, and the peel doesn't touch flyers either.
- Ranged troops. With 606 hitpoints he rarely survives the walk past a shooter and a tower.
- Ta Ta Ta Sahur. He kills one teapot per cut, but the other two and your tower finish him, so 1 Aura answers 2.
- Mind the peel. Kill him away from your chargers and ramping troops, or they slip and lose their momentum.
Where the meme comes from
Chimpanzini Bananini, a chimpanzee whose body is a banana, is one of the Italian brainrot characters of 2025. Meme lore calls him indestructible. With 606 hitpoints the game's version very much is not, which is why the peel matters.
Quick answers
Does the banana peel stop towers?
Yes. A crown tower within 1.5 tiles of where he falls slips too and stops shooting for 0.5 s.
Does the peel affect flying troops?
No. Only ground units slip.
