4Tung Tung Tung Sahur card: stats, tips and counters
- Rare
- 4 Aura
- Troop
- The Piazza (starter deck)
Tung Tung Tung Sahur is the wooden log with a baseball bat, and in Brainrot Arena: Card Duel he is a rare 4-Aura mini-tank and control troop. He is in every new player's starter deck, so for most people he is the first card they ever drop. Every bonk of the bat knocks the target back half a tile, and every 2.5 s he drums the ground and stuns the enemy ground troops around him.
That makes him two cards in one: a sturdy body with 1,925 hitpoints that can walk point on a push, and a crowd-control tool that wrecks swarms and interrupts anything that needs time to wind up.

What the drum does
The first beat comes 1 s after he lands, then one every 2.5 s for as long as he stands. Each beat deals 85 damage to every enemy ground troop within 2.5 tiles and stuns them for 0.4 s. That is short, but timing is everything: a stunned troop loses the swing it was winding up and has to start again.
Stuns also cool down anything that ramps. Rhino Toasterino's bread knife hits harder with every cut on the same target, and a stun drops him back to his first, weakest cut. Speedy Boy loses his top gear the same way and drops back to a jog. If your opponent leans on ramping damage, Tung keeps resetting the clock.
The beat also deletes small fry. A Ta Ta Ta Sahur teapot has 74 hitpoints at card level 11, less than one 85-damage beat, so the whole trio pops on the first drum. Bone Horde's skeletons have the same 74 hitpoints and fold the same way, wave after wave.
How to play him
- In front of swarms. Drop him where Trippi Troppi or Ta Ta Ta Sahur are heading. The drum stuns the group, the bat shoves them back and your tower finishes the job.
- Behind a tank on offense. Let a building-hunter such as Cocofanto Elefanto take the tower fire while Tung walks a step behind it and drums the defenders that rush in.
- On the bridge as a counter-push. After a defense he usually still has most of his 1,925 hitpoints. Let him keep walking: at the bridge he is a 4-Aura threat your opponent has to answer.
What he should not do is walk alone into a lane full of flyers. He targets ground only, and the drum only reaches ground troops.
Best partners
Ballerina Cappuccina is his best friend. Her whirlpool drags enemy ground troops up to a tile toward her, so place her next to Tung and the clump lands right inside his 2.5 tiles drum. Bombardiro Crocodilo pairs well too: the crocodile bomber flies over the defense while Tung bonks the ground shooters, such as Marksman or Pyromancer, that try to bring it down.
Cocofanto Elefanto is a 5-Aura building-hunter with 3,950 hitpoints, and when he cracks the quake stuns ground troops around him, so defenders near Tung eat two stuns in a row. Pizza Bomba (590 damage, knocks light troops back) is the spell to fire on whatever the drum just froze in place.
How to counter Tung Tung Tung Sahur
- Air troops. He cannot hit anything that flies. Pipi Kiwi (2 Aura) or an Ember Whelp keep hitting him while he swings at nothing, and a Bombardiro Crocodilo push simply flies over him.
- Ranged damage from behind a tank. The drum reaches 2.5 tiles. Marksman shoots from 6.5 tiles and Charlie from 6.7 tiles, so keep them back and let a tank absorb the bat.
- A building to pull him. He walks to the closest ground target, so a defensive building in the middle of your side drags him away from your tower and into its fire.
- Don't feed him swarms. Ta Ta Ta Sahur and Bone Horde are exactly what he eats. Spend your cheap cards somewhere else.
Where the meme comes from
Tung Tung Tung Sahur took off in early 2025 as one of the AI-generated characters of the Italian brainrot trend, although he is Indonesian in origin: the "tung tung tung" imitates the drums beaten to wake people for sahur, the meal before dawn during Ramadan. That drum is why his card stuns on a beat.
Quick answers
Can Tung Tung Tung Sahur hit air?
No. His bat and his drum only reach ground troops. Pair him with an anti-air card such as Trulimero Trulicina or Pipi Kiwi.
Is he in the starter deck?
Yes. He is in the first deck of every new account, next to Tralalero Tralala, Bombardiro Crocodilo and Ballerina Cappuccina, so you can play him from your first battle.
Does the drum damage towers?
Crown towers in range take 30% of the drum's damage, so it only chips. The bat does the real tower damage.
